Obv. In double center circle is a large sparkling diamond; outside to l. on shield 1885, to r. on shield 1860; above Fresno; below, around Diamond Jubilee
Rev. A center circle is divided into 3 parts; upper l. part is scene of mountains and lake; upper r. is relief map of California with small Fresno on ribbon designating its location and sun to r. of state; lower part of circle contains fruit, etc. for which city and region is known; outside, around circle are 4 diamonds, equally spaced, all connected by bunches of grapes.
